From 6 to 8 October, Quadro Synergy Ltd. organised the “MultiHome Unfiltered – The Wrap-Up” webinar series, bringing together project partners and stakeholders for three mornings of open discussions, valuable insights, and reflections on the achievements and lessons learned throughout the MultiHome project.
The three webinars provided an opportunity to reflect on the practical aspects of home renovation, highlighting the importance of cooperation, homeowner engagement, and sustainable approaches to residential renovation.
The discussions explored three key topics:
- The Cooperation Model – How can different stakeholders work together to make home renovation possible.
- The Renovation Journey – What does it take to turn homeowner interest into concrete action?
- The Impacts of MultiHome – What has changed, what have we learned, and which results will have a lasting impact?
Throughout the sessions, participants exchanged perspectives, shared practical experiences, and reflected on the challenges and achievements of working together to support home renovation.
One of the key takeaways from the series was that successful home renovation is not only about buildings and technical solutions, but also about people, trust, and effective cooperation across the entire renovation value chain.
The webinars also highlighted the importance of strong partnerships, active homeowner involvement, and coordinated efforts in supporting sustainable residential renovation.
Quadro Synergy Ltd. extends its sincere appreciation to everyone who participated in the webinars for their time, interest, and thoughtful questions, which enriched the discussions and made the three sessions particularly meaningful.
Special thanks also go to all speakers and project partners – the Energy Agency of Plovdiv, the Union of Homeowners’ Associations, Bulgaria, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Plovdiv, and the Municipality of Plovdiv – for their openness, valuable insights, and continued commitment throughout the series.
Although the webinar series has concluded, the partnerships established, lessons learned, and experiences gained through MultiHome will continue to contribute to more effective and sustainable approaches to home renovation.
