Project Preparation

  1. Make a planning schedule for the project preparation.
  2. Assist in building a strong consortium of partners.
  3. Help the consortium craft a solid concept that aligns with the call’s expectations.
  4. Organize and coordinate seamless communication between partners, resolving conflicts and finding compromises.
  5. Take charge of proposal writing, ensuring coherence, logical argumentation, and clarity.
  6. Engage all partners in the process for collective input.
  7. Consider and integrate partners’ concerns and contributions for optimal results.
  8. Handle all administrative processes on the European Commission platform for project submission.
  9. Ensure a first submission at least 2 days before the deadline for final proofreading and refinement.
  10. Provide assistance in the Grant Agreement Preparation process if the project is funded by the European Commission.
